Homemade Yogurt 自製優格

有一些朋友問我怎麼做優格,懶惰的我最近才要把做法PO出來。自己做優格一點都不麻煩而且保證優格菌滿滿,超市賣的優格因為運送時溫度不穩定,大多數的優格菌都已死亡。試試看ㄅ。
I have been asked several times by my friends about how to make yogurt ? I am really happy for my friends because of from the studies, there are more activate bacterias in the homemade yogurt than the products from the supermarket, as a consumer, when you choose the product at the store, you don't know if there is any good bacterias survive from the transportation between factory to the stores.
So, now, I am posting my simple easy recipe and hope it would befit everyone. Good luck.

It's getting cold here and I have been thinking of the fired pork liver in sesame oil, I miss the warm tasty sesame oil and soft liver melt in my mouth. Oh-Yea, I need them warm my body up and feel re-born again. I told to someone and he has craving his chicken liver dish as well and then we were debating which dish should be better than the other but it seemed we went into the dead block, so, what's better than making an Iron chef's liver cook-off.
天氣越來越冷,開始想吃垃騰騰的食物,尤其幾百年沒吃到的豬肝湯。跟某人說超想吃麻油豬肝的,他自己也很想吃他的雞肝料理,而且互相覺得自己的應該比較棒,既然這樣,那就給他來一個料理東西軍咩, Who 怕 who .....。

Brownie cup cake, ashamed / 沒志氣布朗尼杯子蛋糕

逛好市多時看到有在賣布朗尼預拌粉,因為做了幾次布朗尼都沒有很喜歡,所以......就很沒志氣地買回來。
Since I have made Brownie`s several times, I was never really happy about the result, then I saw Costco selling the brownie mix, not so proud of me decided to bring a package home.

用杯子蛋糕的方式,自用送禮也好看。上面是做好的成品。美ㄅ?
Making them into the cup cake style. They look really good actually.

所以試過各種方式再利用。例如雞尾酒。
不過效果不怎麼滿意直到最近試過這道茶飲,

One dinner, One of great time with friends

周末不知道為甚麼,連續兩天有朋友來家裡用晚餐。 這是第一攤的照片,小可做菜喜歡東西混,看似簡單,其實準備時間跟作中式差不多...

雖然只是把菜切一切,擺一擺,還是花了快一小時才能弄好說,大概因為料多實在,所以很多人喜歡我的沙拉。ㄏㄏ
這碗沙拉放很多迷迭香漬橄欖,香香鹹鹹的好好吃。
I don't know why but many people like the salad I made. Perhaps it is because I always spend lots of time for the preparation. Add some rosemary olives and the taste is great!!
