上次帶回家的布朗尼,彭老大吃過後開玩笑說要綁架小可在他家旁邊開店,這樣他才可以常常吃。
彭老大,雖然你沒有綁架成功,但是你可以照這食譜做啦,一樣很好吃的。所以不要綁我喔 !!
This wonderful recipe is from a friend of mine, just follow those simple steps and everyone can make the delicious brownie without kidnapping me.
1. 8"or9" square baking pan;shortening to grease the pan;
2. Butter 226g (2cubes or 1cup);
3. Cocoa 3/4cup;Sugar 1cup;
4. Vanilla 1tpsb; 4 Eggs;
5. All-purpose flour 1 1/4cup;Salt 1/8tpsb;
* Walnut chopped 1/2cup (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃, then smear the inside of baking pen with shortening.
2. Melt the butter over the low heat.
3. Stir cocoa and sugar in the mixing bowl, then stir in the melt butter.
4. Add the eggs and vanilla then stir again.
5. Add the flour + salt gently until smooth. (If you desire to add walnut, now it's the time)
6. Scrape the mixer out into the greased pen & spread out in an oven layer.
7. Bake until the brownie just begin to pull away from the side of the pan (or until stick a toothpick in and out without batter sticking to it). It would takes 30-50 minutes.
8. The hardest part then cool down for a while before cutting.
1. 20-23cm 正方形烤模;足夠淡淡地塗抹烤模內部的奶油;
2. 奶油 226g (2條 或 1杯);
3. 可可粉 3/4杯;糖 1杯;
4. 香草精 1茶匙;4顆蛋;
5. 中筋麵粉 1 1/4cup;鹽 1/8茶匙;
* 切碎的核桃 1/2杯 (可不加)
1. 低溫將奶油融化。.
2. 遇熱烤箱到350℉/180℃;用奶油淡淡地塗抹烤模內部。
3. 把可可粉跟糖拌入大碗公;然後將融化的奶油拌入。
4. 將蛋跟香草精拌入。
5. 把麵粉跟鹽拌入(不要過度攪拌);*要加核桃的現在正是時候。
6. 把麵糊倒入抹好油的烤模,把表面抹平。
7. 烤到邊緣跟烤模有點分開就好啦或用牙籤插進去再拿出來,沒有沾黏。(大概30-50分鐘)。
8. 放涼後切成小正方就大功告成了。
