Brownie cup cake, ashamed / 沒志氣布朗尼杯子蛋糕

逛好市多時看到有在賣布朗尼預拌粉，因為做了幾次布朗尼都沒有很喜歡，所以......就很沒志氣地買回來。
Since I have made Brownie`s several times, I was never really happy about the result, then I saw Costco selling the brownie mix, not so proud of me decided to bring a package home.

用杯子蛋糕的方式，自用送禮也好看。上面是做好的成品。美ㄅ?
Making them into the cup cake style. They look really good actually.

想說既然是杯子蛋糕，好像要弄一些裝飾才像,
所以做了花生醬口味的糖霜+灑一些從巧克力上削下來的雪片。(生平第一次擠花)
自己調的糖霜，好像有點稀。(我做東西很少參考食譜，都是看人家的成品，想想用甚麼材料，實驗出來)
不過效果還不錯，蛋糕吃起來更濕潤。
Peanut Butter Icing and Chocolate shavings.
I never really checked the recipe which I usually just observe and experiment...therefore, the icing seems not as thick as it should be.

這就是我從好市多買回家的預拌粉。
心得: 果然是老外的產品，有人愛的內，對我來說真是甜死人不償命 ! 下次還是乖乖自己做好了。
This is the package I bought but I don't like it at all, because of it's WAY to sweet....
Suggestion : Don't buy it, make yourself own brownie. (Alessia, I'll try your recipe next time ^^ )
