大人喝的熱可可 Hot CoCo (grown-up)
天氣漸漸冷了,喝杯熱可可,暖一下心頭。
只要一點小心思,有時候熱可可也可以很成人很微醺。
不論是享受一個人的寧靜或朋友來訪,
這成人版的熱巧克力都是很棒的飲料。
1. Add Milk 1 cup + Coco Powder 4 tsp. + Coffee liqueur 2 tsp into the pot with a small fire, stir constantly until boiling.
2. Spread a little bit of cinnamon powder on Coco before serving.
PS1. Add more coffer liqueur if preferred.
PS2. Cinnamon is optional.
PS3. Coffee is optional. using filter before serving.
1. 牛奶1杯半 + 可可粉 4湯匙 + 咖啡酒 2湯匙 倒在小鍋,小火,慢慢攪拌直到沸騰。
2. 加入肉桂粉少許。
註1: 本人"醉"點很低,只能放兩匙的酒。我有朋友都放到牛奶:酒=2:1的比例。(根本就當調酒喝。嚇!!)
註2: 肉桂粉是個人偏好,不愛的也可以不放。
註3: 煮的時候也可以加一茶匙的咖啡,飲用前把咖啡渣濾掉。
