超簡單蘋果蛋糕 Easy Apple Cake
Found this recipe in my storage box and love it.
整理我的東西找到的發黃舊食譜,才十幾頁,看起來都很簡單就試了第一頁。
挺棒的。
A: 3 eggs / 1/2cup Veg. oil.
B: 2cup sugar + 2tsp. Vanilla extra + 2c Flour + 1tsp. soda + 1tsp. cinnamon + 1/8tsp. salt
C: 4cup sliced Apple / 1cup Walnut pieces
1. Mix "A" and beat until foamy.
2. Add "B" and mix until smooth
3. Add "C"
4. Bake at 350℉/175℃ for 45mins in a 9"x13" pan.
Icing:
170g Cream cheese / 3tsp. Butter / 1tsp. Vanilla extra / 1 1/2 cup powder sugar
Mix until smooth and spread evenly onto cake when it cool down.
A: 蛋三顆 / 1/2杯植物油
B: 糖 2杯 / 香草精 2湯匙 / 麵粉 2杯 / 蘇打粉 1湯匙 / 肉桂粉 1湯匙 / 鹽 1/8湯匙
C: 切片蘋果 4杯 / 碎核桃 1杯
1. 將A倒入一個大碗,打到呈發泡霜狀
2. 將B倒入蛋白霜,輕輕拌勻
3. 將C加入混合
4. 遇熱烤箱350℉/175℃。將麵糊倒入9"x13"烤盤烤45分
糖霜: 奶油起司 170g / 奶油 3湯匙 / 香草精 1湯匙 / 糖粉 1+1/2杯
將上面的材料打勻呈細緻的霜狀,然後輕輕地抹勻在烤好冷掉的蛋糕上面。
備註: 用酸一點的蘋果或青蘋果比較好。
