Strawberry CheeseCake Icecream 草苺起司冰淇淋


春天終於來了。天氣也開始回暖了。
新聞說星期三是春季的第一天呢。
那 ~~~ 作冰淇淋慶祝一下好了。

用起司蛋糕內餡的食譜做成奶霜,
然後取一塊作好的起司蛋糕打碎,
混入碎餅乾,以及草莓果醬,
然後一點點打成粉的薰衣草。
冰好打成冰淇淋就可以了。

薰衣草的香味和微微的苦澀味和草莓酸酸甜甜很搭內,
也中和起司的膩感。好吃極了。
很難停下來咧。

Spring Season is finally here, so...let's make an ice cream for the celebration lah ~
Bring to a boil the ingredients of milk and cream cheese, then cool them down,
Combine with the cheese cake I made before, strawberry and Lavender together gently.
Finally, freeze it.

I consider it is a love hate dish.
Because it tastes great and hard to stop your mouth, then you start thinking of the issue of gaining weight … However, I eat it anyway ...
Life is too short !! haa haaa haa
