3 COLOURS EGG 三色蛋
小可愛吃蒸蛋和皮蛋。
所以可媽這輩子大概只做過兩次吧。
但這可是名列小可愛吃鬼名單的前十名呢。
作法也真的是有夠簡單 :
皮蛋和鹹蛋打碎,
拌入打勻的蛋汁中。
入鍋蒸熟就好啦。
有一次小可異想天開混入切碎的韓國泡菜,
一口吃進嘴裡,OMG
如同大海在嘴裡翻滾,
滋味真是銷魂呢。
PS. 鹹蛋是之前自己做的哦。
I love any kind of egg dishes, especially love the thousand year old eggs.
Which this dish is definitely on the top 10 of my all time favorite foods.
Plus, It's super easy to make.
1. Cut both eggs into small pieces and then mix well, stir egg's in liquid
2. Steam it, then you’re done.
Once I even added Kimchi into this dish.
The taste is strong and bossy as if you have whole of ocean in your mouth.
Man ..... unbelieveable !!
PS. Salty Eggs is the homemade eggs.
