Hot Pickle Radish 蘿蔔乾


蘿蔔料理第三彈 – 辣蘿蔔乾

沒錯,我又跑去買便宜的白蘿蔔啦
趁著回可爸可媽家過年前先做起來,
回來後開封,香辣味四溢。

基本上小可家的陽光不大,所以不能做曝曬法,殘念。
做法其實跟醋醃的一樣,
醬則是用之前做的麻辣醬為底熬煮而成,
作好的蘿蔔乾配白飯就很好吃。
唉!不禁想起日據抗戰那些年,菜圃混著蕃薯籤的日子....
啊,想太多。

下次切碎做成菜埔蛋再來做心得報告ㄅ。

Yea, I went back to the same store for more white radish,
This time I am making the Spicy Pickle vision.
same way as vinegar making Pickle radish
just used the different sauce to soak it.
The result is still as good as hell….
