1. On separate baking sheets, toast coconut in 350℉/180℃ oven, stirring once or twice, until golden, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate, let cool.

1. 將椰子碎粒放在烤盤上入350℉/180℃烤箱,大約五分鐘,拿出拌幾下防止烤焦,椰子粒呈淡金黃色就好了。移到另個盤子放涼。
